Willow Retreats
Let’s journey together to find our Inner Wisdom
Why Willow?
It can help with

Adventures
"The journey inward is as exciting as the journey to the stars." - Carl Sagan. At our Willow Retreats we endeavor to provide interesting and exciting opportunities for expanded connection within Self and with others. Our Retreats join with nature and the environment to provide an opportunity to explore the depths of who you truly are.
Connection
"The opposite of addiction is not sobriety; the opposite of addiction is connection.” - Johann Hari. In today’s environment, it is convenient to use whatever is available to escape in ways that separate us from ourselves and from others. Our Willow Retreats offer a unique opportunity to reconnect with others, with the environment, with our surrounding cultures and most importantly to our own Self.
Relationships

"Love in such a way, that the person you love feels free.”- Thich Nhat Hanh. Our intention is to support you in discovering ways to nurture healthy relationships by finding ways to balance your needs and desires in connection with others.

Joy, Fun, Laughter
"If people only knew the healing power of laughter and joy, many of our fine doctors would be out of business. Joy is always healthy and one of nature’s greatest medicines. A pleasant state of mind tends to bring abnormal conditions back to normal.” - Catherine Ponder. Joy, fun and laughter is evidence of healing. At Willow Retreats may you find joy, have fun, and laugh a lot!
Wellness
“Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.” - Rumi. At Willow Retreats, the focus is on optimizing the well-being of the whole person, from eating meals that nourish the body; minimizing the impact of trauma by reframing our critical self-talk; teaching self-soothing techniques; and reducing stress hormones, to improved social contact. We hope to provide an immersive experience.
The Team
Who We Are

Rosana Zapata
LCSW, CAP, TEP
It is with a warm heart that I welcome you to Willow Retreats, where you may find a part of you that has been longing to rejoin with you. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addictions Professional, it has been an honor and a privilege to be of service by providing healing guidance to individuals, couples, and groups of all ages for over 25 years. My healing practice began in the United States and has since then provided me the opportunity to practice in Europe. My intention is to empower others to see their own greatness; to live into the truth of who they are; and to explore ways to experience life with greater joy, spontaneity, and creativity. It is with gratitude and grace that I welcome you to join us at a Willow Retreat.

Linda Oberst
MA., LPC., LSATP
Greetings to those who have found this site. I come to you as a Licensed Professional Counselor with 35 years of working as a therapeutic guide with individuals, couples, and groups in the community, correctional, and private environments. In addition to licensure, I am a Certified Experiential Therapist and have been certified in Brainspotting. About the time I began connecting with others in a healing way, I began my own journey of recovery. A lifetime of experience has taught me compassion, acceptance, connection, and a desire to support others in their quest to experience their authentic self. I join Mary Davis (author: Every Day Spirit) in saying, “Today I choose calm over chaos, serenity over stress, peace over perfection, grace over grit, and faith over fear.” It has been a gift and an honor to be a part of this life-changing adventure.
